    I tried all, but my games never work, I really love microsoft and the xbox, but this corruption on my sight...

    UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD.. but I PURCHASE FOR THIS and I want to play my games...

    I´m not american, ´cause this sorry some grammar error...

    Are the games showing up in your "Ready to Install" list on your Xbox or if you are on check the Microsoft Store App "My Library". If you still are not having any luck, try contacting Support https://support.xbox.com/en-US/

    What is the actual message you receive when you try to download the games? What region are you in? Are these games digital or physical disc? How long have you not been able to download them? Which xbox do you have? Is your machine receiving internet access
    or is it offline?
