I can't get some of the games to download.

what games are you trying to download, is this for pc.

I have this problem with every game I try to download. The download starts but will stop at some point. Then I have to go to the game page and select download again. It will start downloading but I will get the "can't download" message again. I just
have to keep starting it over and over again. Annoying but I eventually get the game downloaded.

Some games require updates you should get an option to download and install updates either before the game downloads or after the games downloads try clearing all the queue and clear the cache then download the games one at a time (no queuing) and try either
updating during download or download the game then update after.

I can't see any other reason why some do download fine and others don't

Sorry I can't be of better help for a solid solution but I hope you find a successful solution

I think we may be getting closer, as I can now at least view a couple of the games I had downloaded, though some seem to be missing.
I still can't download new ones though; I get the error code: 0x87e00196 when I try to download games now instead of it asking for gaming services to be downloaded.
