Discus and support I cant get rid of my high packet loss in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have done everything the internet tells me like go offline or disconnecting the router but it is not working can i get some help...     If you're using a WiFi connection, try to change the channel from the router settings. If possible, use an ethernet cable to have a stable connection.

    Try going wired or wireless. (opposite what you use now) and see if that works. If wired try different Ethernet cable.

    So I tried unplugging my xbox and modem for 5 minutes and it still isn't working. I ran a multiplayer connection test and it said I have high packet loss. What does that mean and how do I get rid of it?

    I just got the message when testing my Multiplayer connection on xbox one "You have high packet loss. Your packet loss is 20%. This is high and may be affecting network quality." never gotten that before.
