    I can't get my XBox controller


    I ordered a personalised XBox controller on the Microsoft official site. It was scheduled to delivery but no one was available at my place. Then it has been in Paisley for about two weeks. Now it is been sent back to the shipper. And I really do not understand
    why the shipper is in Prague since the parcel was originally sent from Guangdong. I asked people in FedEx and they told me that they got the information to reroute to Czech Republic. Now I cannot even get my controller and FedEx and Microsoft (I also asked
    people in Microsoft and they let me ask FedEx) just kicked the ball. I wonder how to solve this problem. Thank you.

    ok i have some big questions.

    i purchased a xbox one controller and the y button doesn't work what gives why can't i get my controller repaired i can't input the serial number of the controller into the add my device option to get warranty service it won't fit

    I can't connect my xbox one controller to my xbox one wirelessly or using my micro usb cable. i have changed the batteries multiple times, resynced both of my controllers i have tried, and tried multiple micro usb cables and i still cannot get my controller
    to connect. my console just turns on and then i can't do anything because i can't connect my controller.

    Xbox One Elite Controller Issues Anyone?

    XBox can't get their standard controllers to work.

    My Day 1 developed drift. It's the only console I've ever owned where I have needed to purchase a replacement controller because one of the originals broke.

    If they can't get the standard controller to work you'd be foolish to throw money at an 'advanced' one.
