I can't get my xbox account back after deleting off my xbox

I need help from ms themselves. I think my email unlinked from an account i'm trying to recover. If that's not the case then I don't know what happened or which email I used. I'm able to provide as many details as necessary besides the gamertag name like the location of where it has only been signed in from, address, name, phone number, birth date, etc. to prove it's mine.

You need to create another account. Once you make the account, you should use the new account to login and select “forgot password.”

Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft to contact you for more assistance and the recover your account!

Hey Chris! I got my account back! Was just a matter of remembering which email I used, sorry for the trouble.

Before going that far, just try deleting your account off the xbox and then add it back again. I had problems signing in a while back after I changed my email, after I deleted my profile and added it again all was good.

I called xbox service, they asked me to delete my account form my xbox then erase the system cache 3 times. After that turn the xbox off and back on and then erase the system cache againfor 3 times, after all of that I downloaded my profile with no problem.

For some reason after I updated my Xbox not only would it not allow me to log onto xbox live, it also deleted my profile off my Xbox so now wen I go to retrieve it I can't so now I can't even play off Xbox live. I've been tryin to get it to work for 3 days
now -_-
