    When i go to my rewrds it says that i can't get my rewards because i need to update my billing information.

    Already wait for almost a year and I continue with the same problem and whenever I ask for help in the forum they tell me that they are working on that problem

    I can't get my rewards points

    Hello xXGOWXxSPARTAN,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Since we
    cannot resolve this issue ourselves due to privacy concerns around billable account information, we must wait on the payment team to provide us with their resolution. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting
    your information will likely not solve this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi,

    there is a way to purchase it in a different way: The Microsoft Rewards program.

    Earn points every day and then you can get the subs with the Rewards points.

    I can't really remember the last time I've paid for my Game Pass Ultimate sub !

    Don't forget to use the Rewards app for Xbox and the mobile app to earn even more points.

    Hello Pikaricha,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events happened in the latter half of last month, they were only recently deposited in the mid-April deposit cycle. Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit at 5000 pending Credits, there was no need to request
    one manually, so that button was removed.
