I can't get my reward points, why?

I have been trying, in the page of xbox live rewards, to request an early deposit of all my reward points and they always answer me sending an e-mail that says that my points couldn't be deposited because there's a mistake in my microsoft billings. I already
got in contact by phone and they told me to post my problem here because they couldn't help me, so I please beg you to help me with my problem because there's nothing else that I can do! Thanks.

I can't get my rewards points

When i go to my rewrds it says that i can't get my rewards because i need to update my billing information.

Already wait for almost a year and I continue with the same problem and whenever I ask for help in the forum they tell me that they are working on that problem

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Since we
cannot resolve this issue ourselves due to privacy concerns around billable account information, we must wait on the payment team to provide us with their resolution. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting
your information will likely not solve this issue. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
