    xbox live no go

    ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

    I cant get log into my xbox live.

    I have the xbox 360 kinect. But I cant get log into Netflix, apps, games, movies, all it says is you need an xbox live account to continue. So I tried to log in with the email I use for this website but no it's not working. I'm logged into the social part
    where it says sign in or sign out but I cant log into the xbox live. Can someone help me ? I post a video but it won't let me. Do I have to make a new account ?

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support x via Twitter

    Cant connect to xbox live and keeps asking for update

    i cant get it either. ive tryed every step the support gives me. my live was working fine the other day and then i got halo wars, put it in and it says i cant connect to xbox live. i hate it and then i cant refresh my account because i cant connect.

    i can connect to the internet and my mtu is fine and so is my nat.

    please help......??
