    Any games you own digitally that are Play Anywhere should be available to download through your library on the Microsoft Store app. Not all games can be downloaded that way. If they're not, you would have to purchase the PC version in order to play the games on the PC. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere
