    Hi, It has been a long time since I'm trying to get my deposits but it never happens. I keep getting this alert in my account status:




    "Temporary Delay in Deposits
    Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our system, your deposits are not currently going through. Another team is actively working on a fix, but we don’t yet have a resolution date. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please reach out
    to us on the support forum if we can answer any additional questions or help in any way."

    What should I do besides waiting? It has been more than a year now!

    Can't get deposits

    Hi GoBo zoom. Unfortunately, there is not yet a resolution to the deposit issue you are having. The Payment Operations team is working on it. Once there is a fix, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.

    Can't get deposits

    I received another email telling me I need to update my billing information. First, when I click on the link provided I'm taken to my personal information, not the billing information. When I finally found that, it had a card I no longer have present.
    So I assumed that was the problem and I attempted to delete it. And I received an error message telling me it couldn't be deleted because it was associated with Azure, Developer, and 365 Business. So I got you guys to call me and after a lengthy discussion
    with one woman she hung up on me. So I got you to call me again - and this time I talked to Michel who successfully deleted the errant card. So now I went back to the rewards site and no change - it still tells me to update my account. Michel transferred
    me to Mark at the MS Rewards division and after telling him my phone number so he could call me back if we were disconnected and describing the problem to him HE hung up on me and has NOT bothered to call me back (and yes I'm using my cell phone and yes I
    have a good signal strength). There is NOTHING to update on my account - it's all good as far as I can tell. Paypal is working fine and the credit card that is there, though not used, is fine. So, your site said if my account is up to date then to write
    you this "post."

    You guys need to take a serious look at what "customer service" means - and I was NOT rude or inappropriate or anything like that to you guys!

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Brazilian Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will
    not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Hello Pikaricha,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit events happened in the latter half of last month, they were only recently deposited in the mid-April deposit cycle. Since you were automatically scheduled for a deposit at 5000 pending Credits, there was no need to request
    one manually, so that button was removed.
