    I pre-ordered 3 games from xbox store (Destiny 2, NBA 2K18, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War) but i can't get my credits

    I closed my credit card and when I enter to shop with my new credit card, I get an error and I can't remove my old credit card account. anyone help pls ?

    Credits for that offer should show as pending about 96 hours after all 3 games have been released.

    IMPORTANT: Refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, gamertags, transaction IDs, order numbers, etc.

    As community users like you, we are not able to enter or check your account information, and everything we comment can be seen by anyone on the internet.

    That being said, when Microsoft approves a refund for something purchased on the Microsoft Store, they usually send the money to the bank in 3-5 business days in case you paid part of this purchase with a debit/credit card.

    If you purchased the game or partially paid for it with Microsoft balance, the balance should appear in a few hours.

    However, sometimes the balance takes more to appear, and your financial institution could take more days or until the end of the billing cycle to reflect the refund on our card.
    If your refund was approved recently, now it’s just a matter of time.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
