    can't open messages

    i can't open my messages or send them,

    I pre -order halo wars 2 ultimate edition,

    now they send a code or messages in my xbox one account, but I can't open a message to get my code halo wars definitive edition.

    pls help.

    Is there an account on your console with an active communications ban? If so, this could explain why you cannot send messages from the console.

    I'm still unable to send messages to anyone, I created an alt account with the same settings as my main and its able to send messages perfectly.
