I can’t get mw3 to install?

At first it was just saying 0.0% downloaded for 2 days , I tried downloading a different game and that worked now when I try mw3 the store is not recognising that I already own this game and is gonna charge me for it

What happens when you try to install it? Do you get any errors?

Do you own MW3 digitally or on disc? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Here are some simple troubleshooting steps you can try:

Power cycle your Xbox: Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or on your controller.

In case there's an issue with the network connection, restart your router/modem.

If possible, cancel the ongoing installation and try to restart it. To do this, select the game in the download queue, press the Menu button, then press Cancel installation or Uninstall.

Did you find a solution to this , I’m installing MW3 on a Xbox one s by disc it installs all packets but won’t update and I can’t open the game until it updates everytime it starts it says installation stopped

I pre ordered mw3 but I can’t play it! Everything is locked. I tried unplugging the console for 5 minutes , I even uninstalled and installed back but it’s still the same thing! Help resolving this would be greatly appreciated

Okay, so now I've reformatted the HDD, and was able to get NBA2k12 installed. (it was installed first this time) I then put in MW3 to install(installed with NO problem multiple times today) and it wasn't able to install, now it is getting the "dirty disc
message"
