    My billing info is correct but Xbox live reward is saying it's needs to be made sure it's correct

    Thanks ...when i try buy it, it redirect mi the uk store, where i can't set billing information, because the state is set permanently United Kingdom, and I' am from Slovakia. In live account i have correct Slovak billing info. Other games i can purchase
    without problem, only with this one i have problem.

    Can't access chat help, name fields are greyed out, being billed for xbox live but no service listed under my account

    can't change billing info using EITHER xbox or PC!!! Cannot contact live chat because name fields are grayed out in BOTH browsers, aggghhhhjhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
