I cant get log into my xbox live.

I have the xbox 360 kinect. But I cant get log into Netflix, apps, games, movies, all it says is you need an xbox live account to continue. So I tried to log in with the email I use for this website but no it's not working. I'm logged into the social part
where it says sign in or sign out but I cant log into the xbox live. Can someone help me ? I post a video but it won't let me. Do I have to make a new account ?

Can Not Being Signed In To Messenger Mess Up Games?

I cant connect to Messenger either. I get the Code 0x83118834 . I changed the password on my Xbox and can still log into Xbox live but still cant log into messenger. By the way .I also have Kinect but it is turned off.

Same here i log on to my account get update, get signed out and get error and now cant even sign back into xbox live

Can someone please help honestly how the heck do i log on to my xbox live account because i can only get on the account if i disconnect the internet, meaning i cant log onto Xbox Live

Here if you have any issues logging into any part of the Xbox Live Service & you can also, Test Your Network Connection, before you log your Profile into Xbox Live & it will Show the
Xbox Live Network Status too..
