    I would like to clarify, is this happening with all of the games that you’re trying to play on your Xbox or with all of the games?

    Idk why you can’t install it I had it downloaded like 3 weeks ago and then I deleted it and can’t reinstall. They told me at the updating support that they were working on fixing it because it is not just on xbox.
