    Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate cant play

    I love dead or alive game series, when i got dead or alive 5 it was doing good on my x-box 360 then i heard about dead or alive 5 ultimate but they say you needed to have x-box live to get new characters and costumes so i downloaded x-box live now i cant
    play either games, because x-box live "family Settings" which i have tried to deal with but everything tried would not do. Please help me , to set up x-box live "family Settings"

    If I may ask, are you trying to sign in to your account on an Xbox console or Windows PC Xbox app?

    May I have the exact error message/codes upon attempting to sign in to Xbox Live?

    Also, are you trying to play an Xbox game online multiplayer or are you trying to install games from the Xbox game pass library?

    ikr i have had my x-box for a while now and im just now getting live and i cant get the one month trial... :/ i only get the free xbox live thingy...

    Restore to fact def, you still have your "nan's" networking info on there

    Guide button, settings, system settings, network settings, choose your connection, configure network, additional, restore to fact def on the bottom.

    This should tell you how if your having trouble.
