    Hello there,

    Thank you for replying back. When you first type in your password, the button to press enter will be the Menu button, which is the button on the controller with the 3 lines. After which the console should sign you into your profile.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. just to clarify, after you type in your password, what happens on your TV screen, what do you see? Do you see a spinning circle? is there a loading screen, or maybe an error message or code?

    Usually after you type in your password to your account, you are supposed to be signed into your account.
