    I can't get into my xbox one store please help.


    So I'm at the dashboard on my xbox one and I select the store and it has the store Icon pop up but then immediately takes me back to my home dashboard, it does the same thing when I try to purchase content in game. No error message pops up it just takes
    me right to the home dashboard. Please help.

    I got 11000 rewards credit on my account and I still can't deposit them into my account as I want to get a game on Xbox live store. Please help.

    Try clearing the cache on your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Many Xbox Live Gold members in Israel can't see their deals from Xbox One.

    Please help me with Tron:Evolution,

    I can't download it to my Xbox One.

    In the Gold page it send me to the Hub page,

    In the Hub page it send me to the store page.

    No option to download it anywhere.

    In the PC it says that I already purchased it.

    I can download it to my Xbox 360,

    but I like it on my Xbox One please.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,

    This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.
