the thing is that email for my account is ALREADY taken so i cant recover my password as in i cant sign in to that email account to get the email to reset

You will need to change the e-mail associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag by filling out the Microsoft Account Recovery form
here.

Once you've done that and have successfully changed your e-mail, please make one single post in this section
here letting them know the situation you're in.
