    I can't get into my account


    Okay so I have an Xbox live gold account and I was using it and everything was great until the update which was just a few days ago came out.... when I tried to go onto my account it asked me to verify my account so i typed in my email and password,
    but an error came up. When I looked into that error, it pretty much meant that my account didn't exist, meaning my password was wrong. I tried 2 more times and still nothing. So I changed my password online and it didn't prompt me anymore. However the next
    day the verify window came up again and my password didn't work. So i changed my password again, and those details still didn't work, and then when I tried to sign in on the computer it signed in, but it signed into some random account i don't know, the one
    I'm using now, "" I can't get back into my old account "Evasiveprawn392" And to be honest I'ts getting really annoying. Any help is much appreciated thanks so much!

    I can't sign into my account.

    In this situation, I would advise that you take a look over the
    compromised Account troubleshooter     just in case. Seeing that you're seeing an unknown Xbox in your my devices for your account. You should definitely change your accounts password after removing access to all devices currently associated with your Microsoft
    account.

    You can only have 2 accounts on the same email if you are talking about 2 different Minecraft editions, but if you are referring to the same Minecraft editions, and you are being logged into a different account and not the one that have the game purchased, is because you are using a different email account or not using Microsoft login option
