I cant get into my account because i forgot the password but i have the email and phone...

lol i have one more issue ok i made my girl friend an account on my xbox but i cant get into the account cuz when i made it i forgot what email and password i used and now we cant sign on because of the proof thing and it
wants the email and password

I cant login to change anything because i have forgotten my password and i dont have the email any more, so i cant use the forgot password

I am sign in with the account on settings and Microsoft store but I cant get emails and forgot my password how can I return it?

I think i confused you i mean i cant login to my main xbox live account in any way because i forgot the password to the email associated with my main live account

If you receive the message “Your account is currently unavailable" when you try to access your Microsoft account, your account might have been temporarily blocked due to unusually large traffic volume, suspicious activity, or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement or code of conduct.

If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

5. Select Remove again to confirm.
