I can't get into GTA V Online

Hello, I bought GTA V 2 days ago and since the day I bought it, I can't play online. I've already finished the story of the game 6 times, I want to connect online, but the warning "servers are down" appears. After waiting a little more then "connecting" appears, but it doesn't connect. In short, I cannot connect to Online, can anyone help me?

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

“ 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.”

Gta v online or bf beta? Can't decide.

I own the game and specifically the gta v premium online . That mean full game and some things in online that i can't play .
