I can't get in touch with support?

I've been trying for days to get in touch with xbox support. The virtual agent always has the same bottle neck of requesting a call back no matter which way you answer questions. When requesting a call back, it gives me an error to "try again later".

I've been "trying again later" for several days now.

I'm extremely frustrated as I have a game in my purchase history that I'm not able to download.

(! Ihave gone through all troubleshooting steps advised by the chatbot !)

Can someone please help?

(I don't understand why i need to ask the community for this when they should have a working support service)
