    I can't get DLC items that are purchased on my Xbox One through another profile... Help?


    So, my brother and I buy DLCs and such. When I buy DLC, my brother gets all of the items I do, but when he buys DLC, I don't get any items. For example, when he bought the Havoc DLC for COD: AW, he has the AE4 and I don't. Along with the extra slots, he
    gets all of them, and I don't I just have the boring ten you have, and not the crazy 60 slots you can have. Same goes along with every other game. And if I had bought the DLC, he would be able to get everything, and I don't really see how this works, and why
    it's acting like this. Anybody know how to fix this? It's rather annoying...

    Questions about DLC for avatars

    To what i know of, you cannot use an avatar item you have unlocked/purchased on your profile and use it on another profile.

    Although with themes and gamerpics, you ARE able to use themes & gamerpics you have purchased and use them on another profile.

    With the redownloading content, i'm not that techy, maybe someone else can get that one for ya I can't get DLC items that are purchased on my Xbox One through another profile... Help? ;)

    ^^ Thanks guys. I'm aware that avatar items can't be used by another profile on the same console. I said it in my first post. I was only saying any gamertag on a singular console can use dlc etc except avatar items.

    If it is DLC then not all DLC packages can be shared from one account to another via the Home Xbox feature. So if it is purchased on one account and you can not get it on the other, you will have to purchase again. If it has been purchased on the
    wrong account, you can attempt a digital refund here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund
    Unfortunately there is no way to transfer DLC or any digital content from one account to another.

    Thanks for quick reply. Thanks for the link to request for refund. Unfortunately it's a dead end. I can't send a request for refund. It guides me through 5 steps but at the end I can't place/select the order number of the purchase I would like to cancel.
    Is there another one way or link for European customers?

    I thought it would be possible to make the purchase available from the family administrator account just as it is when a game is puchased.

    Can you recommand best practice for buying items/additional content to childrens' accounts?

    DLC problems

    Some items that are stored on your Xbox 360 console can’t be transferred from one profile to a another profile. For example, Xbox LIVE Games Store content cannot be transferred to a different profile. If you can't move an item to a different profile, you
    have to download the item using the second profile in the same way that you obtained the item using the original profile. More info here:

    There is no method to transfer purchased items/games/DLC from one account to another.

    Have you tried contacting Xbox support through their phone number? Another thing to try is to delete your profile from your hard drive but make sure to delete profile only and not profile and items as that will removes all DLC,saves etc.
