    Is it coming up with an error? Is it not loading at all? Mine works fine. Maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Little more info might help us get to the bottom of it.

    I dont see how when playstation, computer, smart tv all work perfectly fine. Its weird.

    Xbox wont turn on my tv

    I have a BUSH 42/333ART3D TV. I have Sky+HD connected to the TV, all controlled by my Xbox1. However the Xbox1 can't turn my TV. Volume up, down, mute & unmute all work OK. Toggle is set under Device power options. I brought the Xbox1 on the premise that
    it would control my TV. Otherwise I would have got a PS4. Firmware is up to date for my TV. Kinect works OK. I can see the flashing lights with my phone. What more can I do. Xbox1 needs a patch for this. Also the OneGuide set up takes a long time to get my
    TV to mute, 17 times to send the mute command to the Xbox1. Sometimes it works, getting me down. Please post a fix
