I can't get any of my achievements I can do them over and over and I can't unlock them ...

they told me maybe I was tampering with my account but I don't see how I could have been I wasn't hacking I wasnt glitch into play for achievements and gamerscore. Please I am a loyal customer Ive have been with microsoft since the original Xbox. I payied
for 2years of Xbox live and have spent literally 64 game days on black opps. Alone. I just really want to be able to get my achievements I'm begging u go through my account please open it back up. I called microsft have talked to many representatives I was
really respectful it even reset my profile on grand theft auto 5 online charactor and I wasn't cheating or glitching on there either I just don't understand I have spent so much money and time on this it's unbearable it's going to make me quit playing video
games if I can't resolve this please help me.

I can't get any achievements and I've lost my old ones I need help I've called Microsoft and have talked to 6 different representatives can't find a resolution please I really need a resolution my account giggle giggle69.

I can't get new achievements and I lost a lot of my old ones even though I lost them I want to try and gain them back it won't even let me do that. it's like something's wrong with my account please help I've called 5 representatives. I've tried doing all
the trouble shooting problems ive even tried to download ajother account to see if it was my Xbox it let me get the achievements on the other account but I have spent all my time and effort on this account I really need help please please does
someone have a solution even if i can't get back my old ones I want to be able to at least be able to regain them.

Battlefield 4 100 games achievement not unlocked

Why didn't my achievement unlock after I played over the 100 games. Even worse is the fact that at the 12 hours left it started to count my games both of them. Now you have extended the achievement by another 5 days. Please just fix accordingly as I really
can't get 100 games in with family and work commitments and don't see why I should as I've already done this with nearly 50 games over.

My account isn't baned so what is another way I can fix this I just talked to Microsoft did all the trouble shooting problems and they said they can't find a resolve for it and told me to post on here. Please someone help I want to be able to gain achievements.

I re-downloaded my profile Intenzitey. The achievements are now locked but I still can't get them unlocked even though I am doing what is necessary to unlock the achievements.

Our suggestion here, please attempt to follow our game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device
support article.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
