I can't get any achievements and I've lost my old ones I need help I've called ...

I can't get new achievements and I lost a lot of my old ones even though I lost them I want to try and gain them back it won't even let me do that. it's like something's wrong with my account please help I've called 5 representatives. I've tried doing all
the trouble shooting problems ive even tried to download ajother account to see if it was my Xbox it let me get the achievements on the other account but I have spent all my time and effort on this account I really need help please please does
someone have a solution even if i can't get back my old ones I want to be able to at least be able to regain them.

Microsoft Points to money problems

I just bought Microsoft Points and it was converted to cash I've talked to 3 Xbox Representatives they have not help whatsoever to solve this issue the problem is it says I have no Microsoft Points so I can't buy anything I need help

I have been going around and around for 2 weeks now, with every form of support I can get ahold of and I can't get any resolution. Everytime I try to sign in I get a message "Your Account has been temporarily blocked"... I run Microsoft in everything in
my house, and can't use any of it because somehow my account is blocked. Can someone pretty please help me out here?

Can I find out why it's blocked? Or please how I can get it unblocked?

 

Seems like a Gamerscore correction to me. Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware.
When a Gamerscore correction occurs the player’s Gamerscore is reset and previously-earned achievements remain unobtainable.

I still don't understand why I can't get any achievements. I wasn't hearing I wasn't glitch into play the game often I only play for gamer score I don't understand if my account is block or banned is there a way you can please undo this I play a lot of
Xbox I payed for 2 years of account I have been a loayal customer sense the original Xbox I'm not asking to get my own achievements back I just want to at least be able to regain them please every time I called Microsoft I haven't been disrespectful I always

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle gamerscore resets. You would have to go to the enforcement site M3tal linked. If it gives you the option, you can submit a case review, but otherwise, you would need to start a new account if you want to
re-earn those achievements. Gamerscore resets are permanent.

 

Can u give me a link to the enforcement site and if it's locked forever I'm switching to PlayStation snd and never coming back to Xbox because I literally did nothing for this to happen to me so I hope this will resolve this if not I gues I no what my new
Christmas present will be

Gamerscore resets are not the same as being banned. Gamerscore resets just remove your gamerscore, but you still have access to your account. If you were banned you wouldn't be able to access your account.

Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only thing you can do, but only if you're able to do so. If you're not able to submit a review, there is nothing else you can do.

 

How do I no if my gamer score is reset it says my reputation is good on the enforcement site

 

It even says I have a perfect record on the enforcement site so I don't see how my gamer score is reset. So how can I tell if my gamerscore is rest and how do you submit a case review

You can't submit a case review in the case of Gamerscore reset.

 

Hey this isn't answering my question my account has not been reset it says my reputation is perfect so if there is another solution I would appreciate it if not it's not because my account is banned or it's not because of my gamerscore being rest because
they would have put it in my feed and there's nothing there
