    I Can't Get a Refund


    I bought an xbox one x battlefield V bundle and it came in on November 9th. I am trying to get a return as I do not need the xbox anymore but they are telling me that the 30 day period is up because it is based on my order date as it was not out yet. This
    needs to be resolved as it means that pre-ordering something a month out means you will be left high and dry if you need a return. Please tell me how I can get this resolved as $500 isn't exactly a small amount for something I cannot use.

    We suggest reaching out to the point of purchase since Xbox Customer Support (including us here on forums) cannot process returns of physical items. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other matter!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    First make sure that it’s canceled via https://account.microsoft.com/services and once confirmed you can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:

    Thank you for this. Navigating the support site is nearly impossible and you can't reach an actual person via phone or chat. I was literally about to call my bank and issue a dispute claim, so you are a life saver.

    Unfortunately you will have to continue working with the retailer you purchased it from (Microsoft Store support if you bought it from there).
