    I can't get a free 360 game


    I get the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." when I try to download Lego Star Wars 3 with my gold account is there any possible
    way to get around that?

    P.S. I do not have a 360.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    We have a similar issue. Can't access free games on website at all. Can get the Xbox one free games on console. Can't access 360 free games.

    THE PRICE OF XBOX ONE GAMES ARE TOTALLY CRAZY. REALLY NEEDS TO BE LOWERED

    Yep . I got a gold subscription. The free games are sometimes good but are usually older games. How do i download the free 360 games onto my xb1? For some reason I can't . do I need a 360 console as well?

    If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase on a 360. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    The same happened to me on the xbox market place website, on the xbox one I have no problems, I thought maybe it was a problem with my card so I started using my paypal account as placeholder on my payment methods and it started to work most of the times.

    I have triple check my credit card and the profile info !!!

    And for my gamertag, I can still have access to all my games with gold and the xbox one game it's just the xbox 360 games with gold that I can't obtains the new ones (the old one still works)

    Have you checked with Support to see if they can pick up the issue on the system? As we in the forums do not have access to to system to check what the issue might be.

    Best is to skip the virtual agent and speak to a live person.
