I cant get a custom profile picture

Discus and support I cant get a custom profile picture in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So my profile is an adult account, and has no restrictions, yet it is still telling me i am not old enough to have a custom profile picture?     So my profile is an adult account, and has no restrictions, yet it is still telling me i am not old enough to have a custom profile picture? Someone help??

    The date of birth on an Xbox account is permanent even if you change it on your MS account. There is no way to change the DOB on an Xbox account. If the OP has changed the DOB on their MS account it would not reflect on the Xbox account and would still
    restrict them from the custom gamerpic option.

    Double check the content/age restrictions on the console. Then proceed to
    http://account.microsoft.com     and got up at the top to the "Your Info" tab and make sure that its all correct. If it is not correct simply click "Edit date of birth" on the right. Then reboot your console and give it up to 24hrs to process (it'll probably
    just take like 5 minutes.) If you cannot change it still try and contact support. If that doesn't resolve it your may have service outages or past behavior online via enforcement action may be prohibiting you from changing the profile picture. If the latter
    is the case, I'm sorry.

    I had to update mine, from the xbox profile and the Microsoft account. Once I did, it took about 30mins to update.

    download the xbox app and from there change your photo, it's easier
