    I can't fix Error 80072741 (On my Xbox 360)


    So, it all started when I downloaded my profile the first time ever. When I put it back it would not let me log into Xbox Live. Also, When I would type in my password, Next and Remember password was greyed out. So please if you could help me in any way,
    please do so.

    I can't fix Error 80072741 (On my Xbox 360)

    I made an app password, but "next" and "remember password" is still greyed out. So I can't continue after typing in my password.

    EDIT: TFA was off, I don't know why I turned it back on and made an app password.

    YES! I fixed it! Turns out when I removed TFA and the App password, I did the "Clear System Cache" step on the site it worked! Also, When I did that step the first time, I think I forgot to turn off my Xbox. Thanks for your help PalmettoBling
