    I cant find payment info for my xbox profile


    Some one has taken my xbox, I want to cancel my profile on xbox live, but I cant find it.

    Xbox stolen today my email isnt linked to my profile anymore

    Hi

    My xbox 360 was stolen tonight. I cant find payment info for my xbox profile :(

    My profile snuggleywuggle is linked to my email address but when I logged on

    to try to check I had no payment info on file it seems to have created a new profile.

    I know i use this email as i checked my email for xbox account details

    Ive not been on my xbox for a while so I cant remember if I have payment info on file

    and if I do how do I stop the burglars getting it?

    Please please help.

    xbox live gold not working

    Hello, i have bought xbox live gold subscription all payments are done, but i still cant use xbox live gold. And i cant find any info on how to fix this problem.

    You can log in to commerce.microsoft.com

    From there you should be able to change the email and/or password of the account. If you have payment options listed there I would also recommend removing them and reporting any suspicious purchases since you lost the console.

    same here dude i DID NOT update my payment info and ignored the warning for so long that i was kicked offline. I couldn't do anything about it and it lets me online but it says that i got no friends and i cant contact anyone and they cant contact me and
    once that started happening i tried updating my payment info and i guess it was to late now...
