I can’t find my Xbox

I think I misplaced or it was stolen either way I can’t find it. What do I do in this type of situation?

Hey, your best bet would be to file a police report and contact your home insurance for a replacement.

Hello,

I’m able to sign into Xbox Enforcement on any other Xbox account except my main account that’s permanently suspended. I can’t sign into my main account on Xbox because it says I’m permanently suspended and I can’t even find out why.

With issues like these, The first thing you will need to check is your order history just to make sure that you own the game on your account. If that's the case, I would suggest to attempt the following steps then check the game again.

Check the order history:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
Select Order history to view your purchases.

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

Remove your account: System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Note: please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before removing your account.

Please perform a power cycle on your console and then check again on your order history if it will be visible.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Order history to view your purchases.
