I can't find my XBOX 360 account when clicking the sign in button nor can I download it!

I can choose the sign in button but my account isn’t on the 360 emulator (because a possible solution was to remove the profile off of the xbox one and 360 emulator) so it directs me to download a profile. when this problem first started happening my
account was on the 360 emulator but if I chose to sign in it would say it couldn’t connect to Xbox live so it couldn’t sign me into my profile.

I've tried multiple times to get the XBox app to work on my laptop (Windows 10 x64 ver. 1909 / build 18363.959). The problem is that when I click the "Sign In" button on the XBox Live sign in window, the button will click (momentary darker green color and
depressed graphic until left click is released), but not actually do anything. No username/password windows are displayed to enter my account info, and no error messages are displayed.

I can log into xbox.com fine. I can log into the console fine. I can update settings for the family group I created fine. My birthday on my profile is correct. None of the fixes I've seen on other threads work to make the button do it's job...

Please advise what I can do to make the Sign In button actually give me a dialog box to sign in...

I have a similar problem where I can't sign into the Xbox App because I click "sign in" and it does absolutely nothing, as well I can't sign into the Xbox Social tab in the Xbox Game Bar. I can't sign into any Windows 10 games meaning that I haven't been
able to play games like Sea of Thieves for some time now.

If only Xbox actually read up on these posts more often so that major problems like these become solved because it even took me a while to find this question.

When you click A while playing the movie, there should be a language button that manages the subtitles and the language, beside the pause and rewind options. If you can't find it, can you reply with a screenshot of the 360 video player showing all the
buttons and options? I don't own the 360 anymore but on the Xbox One, the button is a speech bubble

No I cannot find a place to enter the Java Edition username, When I click the Sign In With Microsoft button, It just redirects me back, cause apparently I think I'm signed in. It repeatedly sends me back to the login page when I click the button. Again I know I'm signed in is because of the signed in accounts page.
