I would like to ask, are you playing the Steam version of this game on your laptop, or from where did you download the game?

I tried the services again and Xbox Live Game Save turned itself back to manual again but was running, and FM23 still did not load

I followed all the steps. Marked my laptop as my offline device. Loaded the game. Signed into Xbox Live. Loaded my save. Then packed my laptop and headed for the airport. I was deeply disappointed on my flight to see that the game would run but would not
go past xbox sign in. Clicking cancel results in a message that cloud saves aren't available. Okay, sure, but the local saves are right there under Save Games in my user folder. The game refuses to allow loading any saves or continuing at this point, a completely
broken offline experience.

How do I manually select a cloud save? I’ve cleared the saved data from the console several times and when I restart the game it shows the sync load bar and then loads up the 10 minute save.

I can't figure out how to get the music to save to my xbox i streamed it to my xbox from my laptop and it only works when my laptop is running.
