I cant find my roblox Xbox purchase receipt

I have my roblox account logged into my Xbox, I made my account when I was younger and I don’t remember the password and I can’t get my account back, I’ve contacted roblox support and they say the only way I can get my account back to send them a screenshot of my roblox receipt on my purchase history, when I go to find when I downloaded the game there is no purchase history for the game. I really don’t want to lose my account, so is there anyway I can get someone from Xbox support to send me the receipt?

like i said if you purchased in game content for the game like robux then you will have received an email as a receipt, if you used gift cards then no receipt.

you would have got an email from microsoft after purchasing robux or ingame content via xbox. unless you redeemed a pre paid code then there would be no receipt.
