    I can't find my redeemed game, what's happening?


    I redeemed a game I got from a friend and the order history is saying that its completed, but I don't see it in my games or my library. I redeemed it on my account so it should be there. We looked through the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app and it was in neither library nor games. He sent me another one and it said that I already have it and I needed to install it somewhere. Where do I go to find where it is? Also, I'm on PC.

    I apologize but there is no option to make it work, only by playing the game on an Xbox and congratulations in advance with your upcoming Xbox console.

    Its Dragon Ball Fighterz. I found it a little while after, but you can only play it on Xbox not PC. Is there a way to get it to work because the content won't download due to me being on PC. If not, that's fine. I'll being getting an Xbox One Series X soon.

    May I ask what is the title of the game? It can be for the Xbox version as well but let's validate.

    Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and from there, click the game icon, you will be redirected to the product page, scroll down a bit for you to check the "Playable On" tab to validate.

    It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

    So the URL you gave is how I actually redeemed my game, but where I should I find it on my xbox then?
