I can't find my online-privacy settings.

So recently, I bought minecraft bedrock but I wasn't able to play with a friend because of privacy settings, when I go to family and online settings, it sends me to another website that doesn't prove to be of any use. such as:

You can play with people outside of Xbox

You can create and join clubs

You can join multiplayer games

In addition, microsoft told ME to use an xbox console to sign in with a parents account. How can I fix this pwease help.

To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that you own a child account as you won't be able to see the page if it's considered as child.

If it's not considered as adult, you really need to add your account to a family account so you can change the settings. Here's how to add your account under a family account.

You can log in to your
Microsoft Account through a web browser and at the top of the page will be an option to view privacy. That's where you'll be able to manage all privacy settings.

I m currently on windows 10 and was playing Forza horizon 3 but when i going to online play it shows me that.

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings using the organizer account in that way they can manage your account settings.
