I can't find my Microsoft account and can't log into my Xbox Live profile

So after a year of not logging in to my xbox 360 I tried logging in and I couldn't do it, it said my email and password weren't valid, so I tried logging in with on Pc with my email, the issue is I know my email, but when I put in that information on my
xbox it says its not valid, so I logged in on PC and there was another Profile that wasn't mine, is there anyway that I can recover my account?

How do I switch profiles on the app?

I have one Xbox live account, but each family member has a profile. When I log into the app on Windows 10, my wife's profile comes up automatically and I can't find anywhere to switch it to my profile.

Hi, i recently purchased xbox 360 and have setup my profile and xbox live account working fine. The problem i can't get around is my wife has created a profile but can't log into xbox live. question is can i have myself and my wife on the same xbox live
account.

i can't download my xbox live profile to console.

early i've connect with my xbox live account on console but now it don't work.

the xbox live connection is working but it no log in.

so i tryed to download my profile without success.

please help.

so i finally got my xbox to work now i can't find my log in or any of that. i don't have a profile or account, and the privacy. i don't know how to retrieve it or anything. i only know my gamertag. all my point and progress and live account is gone. is there
any other way of getting access to it ?

1.) Logged in and updated security information.

2.) Can't get to the accounts page.

Can't login to Live through my XBOX360. Can't access my account at live.xbox.com (receive an error when clicking on "My Account"). Tried downloading my gamer profile and now my gamer profile is gone too, error code 80150100.

3.) Couldn't complete step 2 because Microsoft's XBOX Live My Account website is broken.

4.) See 2 and 3.

To clarify, my console is connecting to xbox live and the internet just fine when in network testing, but as soon as I try to redownload my profile about halfway into loading it says this console can't connect to xbox live OR there's a problem with the credentials you're using to login

I changed my microsoft password and even put my xbox serial number to my account, still can't get it to log in.

I have no idea what to do, I just wanted to play Diablo.
