    I'm having the same problem.

    If the browser is built on chromium it seems this occurs

    Browsers Affected

    Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

    Opera

    Opera GX

    Mozilla Firefox

    Google Chromium

    Google Chrome

    Internet Explorer 11 however isn't affected

    Downloads are NOT supported on consoles

    The rendering engine and plugins were added that's it.

    Which ironically still runs faster then chrome

    You cannot download pictures or anything period in edge or any browser on any console

    File management had nothing to do with user files that you create

    You can delete clips or uninstall old games or dlc

    Nothing user generated

    You arent talking about a pc

    You can use a webcam to generate. A user pic

    Anything you download off the internet comes with a license the terms of use states you can't use copyrighted material

    Unless you are using a creative commons picture or your personal works which you would already have access to

    custom profile pictures when saving images it's a whole lot easier than from usb media unless you can use one drive for that
