Hey, so i got madden nfl 16 code for xboxone then i used the code on xbox.com but when i went to check the game on xbox.com,the game if full price,i dont have xbox one....pls help guys

Sorry to hear it. If the code was specific to the Xbox One then you need to have an Xbox One console in order to download and play the game.

 

Could you provide some more information on this? Where did you get the code? Do you own an Xbox one? Did you think it was for Xbox 360?

 

The code wasn't for x360....im sure 100%..but when I redeemed i went to the store on Xbox.com to see the game...but the game price was 59.99$ that's why

 

Does this mean that I lost 59.99$ ?

 

Did you check your Xbox One? It should show up under Games and Apps. Go to the games tab, scroll as far right as you can, and wait 1 minute. It should show up saying "Ready to install".

 

Please check the link below. The game that says purchased will be the one the code was for.

If you see a price on both items then I would recommend logging into commerce.microsoft.com with the gamertag you redeemed the code on to see exactly what the code was for.

Don't worry about what xbox.com says. If the game is listed as available to download on the Xbox One without a charge then the code worked.
