    I can’t find his game after I bought it


    Can somebody help me. I bought Call of duty ghosts digital hardened edition and it says I own it afterwards. I looked at my games and downloads and it’s nowhere. Help me solve this problem.

    hi, my friend recently purchased motocross madness but i can’t find it anywhere, i cliked on « see the price » on his xbox game page and it shows me pictures of the game.. is the game avaible somewhere? Thanks

    i made a microsoft account but it switched me to outlook and i don’t have an outlook account

    i bought my buddy a xbox one s, but i was with him when he made the account and then it switched him from his gmail account to outlook and he doesn’t have an account with outlook and he can’t sign into his xbox live account

    What game is it? What platform are you trying to install it on? If it was a pre-order, have you checked your account to make sure the transaction is complete and not cancelled?

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps
