    I can't find help for this


    my birth date is 17/4/1999 and I'm set as an adult in my family and yet when I try to use a custom profile picture or enter the xbox insider app it says I'm not old enough? I've searched all over the xbox assist and support pages and can't find any problems
    previously similar to this, please help?

    Hey there Idanstaa!

    From what you've posted, it sounds like the date of birth on your Xbox Live account is under the age of 18. Unfortunately, there is no way to change that date and the only way to promote and account to over the age of 18 is to reach the 18th birthday automatically.
    If you have access to an Xbox 360 console, your parent account can try to make the purchase however this is not a guarantee that it will work.

    You will need an internet connection and sign in to re-install the ones not showing up. It doesn't need to actually download them again, it just needs to connect to Xbox Store to verify you own them, then they will show up.
