    STEA1500400 .....

    I have looked for this model on Seagate's site and it was not there. I ordered it from NCIX Canada's site and there were no reviews. Everywhere else I have looked I have seen no reviews for the drive. What the heck did I just buy here?!?! It is a USB 3.0
    external drive .... 1.5 TB in size ....

    Microsoft do you have any information from users / information on your end that says this works with your consoles? I have contacted Seagate multiple ways and no response as of yet but it hasn't been that long.

    Btw when I was researching it I thought I was looking at a review for the external drive on Amazon and it wasn't the same model and I didn't figure this out til I ordered the external drive from NCIX Canada.

    Reassurances that this will work would be appreciated. LOL! I am assuming yes but I worry that I am going to get a lemon of a drive as it seems nobody bought the bloody thing.

    Is there a way to backup (make a copy of) my external USB harddrive?

    I am using an external USB hard drive for our XBOX 360. Trying to find a way to make a copy of what is on it. In case of a crash.

    Can't find any info anywhere...

    I know it's weird question but, I have to ask. Can I use Xbox 360 external hard drive for Xbox One? Because I can't find Xbox One external hard drive for Xbox One in my country.

    If it's not work, I have to order from Amazon or other retailers.

    Perhaps your child's external hard drive is not working. Is your child's external hard drive recognized by the Xbox One? Does it turn on any lights?

    I am not running with an external hard drive. i would figure I would not need one since the Xbox is a 1 TB. If I need an external hard drive would any type of hard drive work or does it have to be a Xbox branded external hard drive. i am just puzzled since

    It never prompted to format hard drive it just prompted to download the media player preview app which allows me to view files in my hard drive, I can't find any other app that suggests external storage, and the USB cable has a different connection on the
    back of the hard drive, where would I find another one of those cables?

    If you're talking about the internal hard drive, you can't swap them without violating the terms of service. If you're talking about an external hard drive, then yes.
