I can't find an old purchase in my history

I purchased a game from the Microsoft store several years ago. Recently I had to restore my computer to factory setting because of problems. I wanted to download the game but it's not in my library. I checked the order history but it doesn't show up. It was several years ago, that's all I remember as far as when I bought it. Shouldn't it still show up in my account? I would rather see if there is a fix instead of buying the game again.

I already went to account, changed the "ordered within" option to all available, and still nothing. It was a digital company of a game.

Any chance it could be verified, or am I sol?

Have you checked your email? If you keep old records and don’t delete them often, you might still find the purchase receipt. I’ve got some from 10 years ago, but it really depends. Try searching for the game’s name in your inbox.

Also, check your library in the Microsoft Store. If it was an Xbox Play Anywhere title, open the Xbox app on your PC and see if it shows up under "My Library."

And just a thought—could you have used a different Microsoft account? If you have another one, it might be linked to that instead. Worth checking!

I tried looking through my Account history of purchases but Can't find it so I think it was purchased on a different account but I don't think that's the case because I did purchase a different item on the Old Xbox and I knew it was on this account but ever since I switched Xbox consoles I don't own the item nor is it on my purchase history and i never cleared it. I hope you can help me find a solution to this because this has been a confusing journey for me.

I have tried that... It's so old I can't even find it in my download history... Oh well, after next Friday I'll be all about AC4!
