I can’t find a way to get into my reawrd missions

I can’t find it but is there a way to fix the error I’m getting

On my PS4 it said to give go into my account and to give permission from my Microsoft account I can’t find the privacy and online safety thing to turn it on and give mission so that’s why I’m emailing you

I’m having the same problem. Can’t move the curser to Active Duty. I can’t get past the screen where you pick the missions. It’s extremely frustrating and I’ve done everything Activision has asked me to do. I get on and my friends want to play DMZ, but I can’t. Maybe Battlefield is the answer.

They just sent me to microsoft support so i tell them my problem but i cannot find a way to reach a customer service agent. Posting to the forum was the only way or calling them. I can’t believe that there is no way to write a simple e-mail to microsoft. I paid a lot for this game and now i can’t play or get in touch with an associate.

my code to reedem in game wont come up. i finished all 59 puzzles and when i go to my reawrds it says confirm platform xbox 360. thats it. i click on it nothin. idk wat im suppose to do. help pleasee!!!!
