    So pretty much, i have tried restarting my xbox, restarting my internet, but i eimply cannot rind a match on call of duty cold war. I was hoping if anyone knew how to fix this issue, thanks.

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    Once again still can’t play the new Cold War zombie map forsaken as it turns my Xbox off every time I load in to the game and what makes it worse I can’t even get a call back from Xbox live as it says there is a problem every time I put my number in for a call back
