I can't even factory reset I get the Error E103 help pls

I was planning my xb1 last night an it was working great.. but I left it on all night an now when I power it on I get the troubleshooting page and at first it was E105 now it's E102 I tried to factory reset but it won't do it how can I fix this help please

Random Xbox Live disconnections

Did a factory reset, now it can't find any wireless networks at all so I can't even get passed the initial start up. :/

It must've been E102, as there is no E103 error for Xbox consoles.

Did you try an offline update or an offline reset? they are very similar, so it's easy to get confused.

Last I saw this error code I think there was a Reddit thread suggesting a factory reset fixed it.

I can't verify this unfortunately but it might be worth a shot.

Can you please check if there is an error on the bottom part such as E103, E102, E101, etc?

I have done the power cycle many times, still getting the error code. But why would I do a factory reset of my console if my OS version is on there, can't I use that instead of using the factory reset one?
