    I can't even create an account on my XBox Series X


    Hi, I just recently got an XBox Series X, but when I tried to set up an account, I can make it past the email part just fine since I already have a Microsoft account, however, my problem arises when it asks me to add a password. Whenever I try to add a password, and then verify it, it just sends me back to the "Add a password" screen

    Everywhere I look says to set up two factor authentication, but I can't do that since I don't even have an Xbox account to put it on yet. Help me please.

    I have not, but as I mentioned Personalisation was working on the Xbox One with no issues. It is on the Series X where this issue has occurred so I don't think it is to do with my account.

    I have even done a console reset which removes my account, but still the same. Something is happening between Xbox Live and my Series X or it is the console itself and not Xbox Live.

    On Xbox One, Windows 10 and the upcoming Series X, you will need to create a Microsoft account to play games. On the Xbox 360 console you do not have to create a Microsoft account to play.

    Im just censoring my info, but see the state/province, the difference I've seen from the US region, is that it has a selection option in that area, but in México is just filled in with your words, don't know if that's the problem, but I click next and hold and behold, it makes me refill this again
